3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Publicly visible information — shop names, addresses, phone numbers, and product prices are publicly visible to all visitors
• Service providers — we use Gmail SMTP for email delivery and OpenStreetMap/OpenFreeMap for mapping services
• Legal requirements — if required by Sri Lankan law or court order

4. Order Data

When you send an order to a seller via WhatsApp or SMS, your order details (name, phone, address, items) are transmitted directly through WhatsApp or your SMS application to the seller. We store a copy of this order in our database only if you are logged in, so you can view your order history. Guest orders are stored with your IP address only.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party advertising networks have access to your data through our platform.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and CSRF protection on all forms. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Shop views and order history are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
